Image Upload Problem

Hi, my form seems to have issues uploading images (jpg). I even tried png and switched browser but still have the same issue. Can you help.

I cloned your form and tested on my side. I was able to upload jpg image to your form.

Can you give more information about this issue? It would be better for us to know if you embed your form to any website. If so, please share the direct url with us.
