Submission data is not being displayed.

    Hi Owen

    I ticked the Europe Datacenter and started download but nothing appeared?

    Hi,

    I can see the blank submissions as well. This may be because your data is not only stored in Europe. If you enable this issue your issue should be resolved. Here is how to do it:

    1. Go to your account page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/

    2. Click "Data" and tick the Europe Datacenter box as shown in the screenshot below:

    Hello cimble,

    I did check your account and it seems you have still not selected the "Europe Datacenter" checkbox yet. Please check the screenshot below:

    As suggested by my colleague, please go ahead and check the "Europe datacenter" checkbox again and see if that solves your problem.
