I'm the administrator for a non-profit. I created a form on your site a while ago. Recently, we elected a new president, and in my enthusiam to hand over all the computer password information, I changed the password and then the account email address to his email, email@example.com. When I had trouble signing in with the user name and password I set up of nvoutdoorsmen with password 2008hunt -- it wouldn't work. When I tried to reset it -- it sends the email to him, and he is not in his office often enough to respond immediately. By the time he forwards the password reset to me, it is expired. Is there a way I can reset it to the original email address of firstname.lastname@example.org, I can administer the changes we need? Or even his server address of email@example.com, so I can have access to the password reset?? Our website is www.nvoutdoorsmen.com -- I'm the wife of the founder and the administrator and this is just one form for our applicants that I need access to!! Help!!!! I don't want to have to re-create this whole form!Page URL:

We apologise for the inconveniences this issue has caused you. I see the original account (firstname.lastname@example.org) is still active. Do you have access to this account account? if not you can try to reset the password and check on your mails for password reset link.
Since, you need this form contained in the other colleague's account, i have provided the form's link, http://myjotform.com/form/21205099939561 . You can clone it and use it as you have clearly indicated that you don't need desoign it.
Please check on the guidelines on this link how to clone forms, http://www.jotform.com/answers/69195-clone-a-form
As for changing the email account, i am afraid we may not be able to do it.
I hope this information will be helpful top you.
