Forms Not Updating

    I can't even tell whether I've submitted a question on the forum these days. 

    Forms are not updating ... its your service ... not any cache problem ... I've also cleared the cache in account settings

    Updates are not showing ... end of story

    There has been a change on our servers. We store Europe data in Europe from now on. I checked your account and you need to change one of your profile settings. You will get instructed from the link.

    The updating has happened in the last hour ... are you telling me its that?

    I don't think so.

    Now, i'm in the middle of a big project ... and I don't want to do what you say now.

    I just want the form to update ... when I save it ... like it should ... and like it always has

    If this was an issue ... you should have emailed everyone properly.

    Now ... I'll take a breath ... why has form updating suddenly stopped

    Do i have to clone a form everytiome I make a change?

    Please provide another solution ... it's not that

    Hello again Mark.

    You can get more information from this blog entry that our founder wrote. JotForm has tested this application in beta form. So there is no need to worry about it. 

    If you do not transfer your data to Europe, your probability to encounter problem like that increases.

    When you transfer your data, only the data storage options of your forms will change. And you need to update your embedded forms to eu.jotform.com if they are currently using jotform.com.

    Please transfer your data into EU servers. If you encounter problems after that, our developer team is ready to help you. I will immediately escalate your issues directly to them for your business not to be interrupted. 

    I could see from your revision history that you are making changes. The data transfer issue must be the reason behind your updating problem. We have to try this with respect to our support policies, and after that if you have still problems, I will immediately escalate this thread to our developers as I said.
