    Hello,

     

    Please how do i create a comment box just like this one that i used in asking for help.

     

    If there is any template please share with me or teach me how to create one.

    Hi,

    You can use textarea field if you want users to enter long paragraphs. If you want it to have a formatting toolbar just like here in the forum box, switch it to "Rich Text". Here's how:

    However, if you really want a comment box, you can use widgets like Facebook Comments. This works better http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/facebook_comments.
