Can someone please give me an ETA on when this will be fixed? I have over 100 appointment reminder submissions to send out today and I really need to get this going!

I just noticed that ALL our forms that are setup to deliver via a custom SMTP email address are down and failing. We had this happen a few months ago and it lasted for 30 days until I spoke to the CTO and he fixed it. I need this to be fixed. We cannot use the noreply@jotform email address because it is blacklisted and goes straight to our customers junk folders. If you cannot offer me the custom SMTP setup, your service is worthless!
I can email Mr. Ertekin again if support cant handle fixing the problem. Is that what I should do?

The issue with the emails using SMTP sender email address is already forwarded to our backend team. If we have any updates in this regard, you'll be posted on your other thread.

BS! The last time this happened it took 30 days for your "backend team" to fix it. I ended up having to get into touch with your CTO!!! Fix the issue! People are trying to use this service to run businesses. This means when its down we lose money. Do you understand that?
