Form Views exceeded.

For the first time in over three years, received notice limit on form views exceeded.  I wonder how is this possible?  How are they counted?

My nonprofit group is depending on JotForm for October Ghost Walks. This is a big month each year. We have a very limited budget. Can you average out usage instead?  Applied for nonprofit status with your group. Told would get fast response. Have not seen one yet.

If go with paid, is it in Canadian Funds, since we are in Canada?  The exchange rate is extremely high and credit card companies charge a huge premium.

You fast help would be greatly appreciated!!

Please allow me to inform you that form views are counted whenever a user views or loads your form. For example you have a form embedded on a page, when a user loads that page, that will count towards the form view limit on your account. You can choose to lift the Form View limits on your account by adding a Jotform Footer at the bottom of all your forms. Please follow the steps below:

1. Follow this link to view your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings (make sure you are logged in)

2. Click Settings

3. Check the Jotform Footer checkbox

If you do not want to add a jotform footer, the only alternative is to wait until the first day of next month (Novermber 1) for the counter to reset to 0, or upgrade your account to a higher plan.
