Form not sent to e-mail address

    Hi there, 

    I have had a couple folks tell me they have filled out a form, and I havent gotten it to my e-mail address. So finally I went to jotform, and looked and sure enough there they are!

    Some have sent, some have not. Why arent they all sending to my e-mail?

    First of all, please check your Spam folder, some messages may be there.

    According to the following mail log, mentioned message was sent to you, accepted and queued for delivery:

    However, I have found several records in our logs about non-delivered messages, it is most probably that these messages were not delivered due to some problems with AOL's mail server:

    I did have issues with them going to spam when I first created this new
    e-mail address, however I told it never to put anything in spam, so now it
    doesnt.
    I did NOT get this e-mail at my _lostdogsmn@aol.com_
    (mailto:lostdogsmn@aol.com) e-mail address. I have been using AOL for 15 years, so I do know how
    to work it, but this stumps me, it was two e-mails from this person, and

    Can you please contact AOL support in order to check why that message was not delivered to your inbox? You can provide them with the following mail log to prove that the message was sent and accepted:

    Do you think I should still check with AOL?

    Unfortunately, delay is a common problem and it may happen for every email provider.

    However, I would suggest contacting AOL if the messages are delayed on a constant basis.
