    Why am I getting multiple e-mail confirmations from a single form completion?

    When I complete a form and submit it, I get multiple copies of the response e-mail. Sometimes it can be as many as 5 but then if I repeat the form completion choosing a different option within the questions being asked I get 3 copies of the e-mail confirmation.

    It is possible that you created multiple form notifications in your form. The email you provided is associated to a guest account (guest_62863786023058) that has 0 form.

    Please provide the form URL or the link of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can investigate further?

    Thank you for your e-mail. We seem to have rectified the problem, now. We had initially copied a previous form, edited it and used that which then gave the multiple confirmation e-mails. When we created a brand new form and sent that out it worked perfectly.
