Why are my orders not going thru?

    We are receiving incomplete submissions but we have the premium account where we are able to receive 1000 orders and payments. We have only received one payment and about 4 incomplete orders. 

    I call our pay pal account manager and we have no monthly limit on how much money we can recieve and we tested a purhcase and it all works. Do you think it could be our Wix's website account or the html? 

    Please help!

    I've recently upgraded to premium package and have been using jotforms on
    my website for a couple days now. None of the form submissions are going
    through...I've even tried testing them myself and had other people test
    them. What is going on?

    Ussually an Incomplete submission means that the submitter might have aborted the payment process or there was something wrong with his/her credit card details and the payment gateway (Paypal, 2checkout, etc) failed to process it successfully

    In another hand, if your payments were recieved , but you still see some incomplet submissions, all you have to do is to complete the pending submissions by clicking on the Incomplete Submissions button from the Toolbar  and then clicking on each and everyone 

    Complete Submission button will show up as shown below:



    In order to prevent this issue in the future , please follow this step by step instructions in order to enable IPN (Instant Payment Notification) within Paypal.

    Incomplete submissions are not the problem. We are not receiving the
    submissions at all.

    You are receiving funds through PayPal but these complete payment submissions are stuck in the Incomplete Payments. Is that correct?

    Have you added http://www.jotform.net/ipns/paypal.php to the PayPal Notification URL (you can find instructions in the last post of this thread)?
