    Signatures:

I have my Employment Application on JotForm. Everything is great except I have been getting a lot of complaints that the signatures glitch and either stop allowing you to sign half way or take a very long time to load. Are there any recommendations I can give prospective employees? I didn't start having problems with the signature lines until recently. I have tried both E-Signature and Smooth Signature

    Download PDF:

When I try to download a PDF copy of my form it downloads in different sized fonts and doesn't always download the entire document and cuts off parts of pages

I think the loading issue has more to do with the form https://www.jotform.us/form/50614228425147 being very long. It has multiple widgets and the form have a lot of elements on it. So this was causing the form to load a bit longer than how it should with a very basic or shorter form.

I test your form and I was able to encounter the issue also...

What I suggest you try for now is to disable the Autofill option on the form.

When auto fill or save session on the form is enabled, it tries to save everything on the browser during the time. Since there were a lot of components on the form, it was having issue with the session saving script.

Try disable autofill and then observe for a while if users will still be reporting the same issue.

Let us know if issue still persist.

I also made a test form https://www.jotform.com/62867672678981 with autofill disabled and as expected I was able to use the form properly and the loading issue disappeared.

You can test my form as well to see.

    Thanks.
