Why are matrix not aligning on my form?

Asked by mamontre on October 13, 2016 at 10:49 PM

Please see my jointed picture of my problem. I'm trying your program to see if it can fit my needs. I need to have some matrix in 2 colums but as you can see the matrix do not align proprely verticaly and I dont know why and it creates big empty hole (see the red rectangle where matrix do not slides in...)

Is there a solution to make the botom matrix file the blank area as it would be logical to be there.

    Thanks !

This is happening since the field is set to display on the first row. You can move the field to the next so that it should be displaying properly.

You may position the fields on your JotForm by following the guide https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-field-positioning.

    Hope this information helps!
