I'm having many issues with my form

I'm having many issues with my form. I used a form template from your site.

1. not all fields under the header fields.

2. submit button missing after correction make to form

3. using the tab key to move to next field doesn't always work.

I'll try to answer your questions:

1. not all fields under the header fields.

I'm assuming you're referring to form collapse field:

But I'm not sure what the problem is exactly, so we might need more information here please.

2. submit button missing after correction make to form

You can make your submit button always visible at the bottom of the form by following:

Place one more collapse field right above the submit button:

As you can see I made it hidden. And also, I set to be open:

That way, submit button will always be visible:

3. using the tab key to move to next field doesn't always work.

I tested this and couldn't replicate the problem I was able to move from one to another field with tab key, here is my screencast of the test:

Thank you, I follow your suggestion and for now it seems to be working. I think the tab key issue and only part of the form being visible was, I didn't have the field area large enough.
