JotForm has not been delivering my submitted forms from my site to my e-mail, as per my settings. I did not see some important information come in over the past few days and upon investigation I discovered that when my forms (specifically the Request For Proposal or Contact) are filled and submitted they are not being delivered to my email!
Please advise on what's wrong and how to fix ASAP!!!

We apologize for any incovenience this may have caused. I've checked our email logs and your notifications have been successfully sent to your email address. Have you tried changing the Sender E-Mail to email@example.com? You can also add JotMail's IP Addresses to your mail provider's whitelist. I've cloned your forms and made test submissions and i was able to receive notifications via email.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

Whitelisting the IP addresses seemed to do the trick. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem and I've done everything above. My form was working correctly until I had to change the recipient and now it's not being received. My company does not want to white list ip addresses for security reasons. How can I fix this?
