How can I create an invoice template with a table with rows and columns and the ability to add all prices in a column to a total?

Are you looking for en email invoice (receipt) which is emailed to the form user upon a payment form submission, or something else?

You can check a Spreadsheet widget field to see if this is something that might work in your case.
Alternatively, you can setup flexible calculations based on standard form fields, but we do not really have the columns and rows layout for such fields.
