Datos formulario

Buenas, mi formulario es de inscripción para un club de futbol. Este año han hecho las inscripciones y tengo los datos de todos los jugadores. La temporada que viene tendré que hacer otro para esa temporada, pero la idea es que los datos que ya han puesto este año les salgan en el formulario creado para las inscripciones de la temporada nueva.

Es esto posible? De ser así, como lo debo hacer?
