Facebook tab where the form is placed is not working on mobile device

Hi,

Have set up a form on a FB page but the link is not working on a mobile device. Any suggestions?

Facebook currently does not support page tabs on mobile devices. If you want people to see the tab on mobile, you have to use a third party tab provider as we have listed here:
