Is it possible to set a limit for an event registration?

Asked by treesa on May 01, 2012 at 04:10 PM

Example: I'd like to create a registration form for a state ornithological society annual meeting, at which there will be 45 field trips offered. Each trip is limited to 12 individuals. Is it possible to create a sign-up form that will "close" automatically when 12 people have registered for a trip? (If not, I will have to sit at the computer and close each one manually as they fill.)

Unfortunately, that feature is not yet available. You will need to manually keep track of the number of sign ups and manually disable the form by going to Preferences > General settings
