How can I set up the allowed video types in the upload field?

I need to know what form should I choose if I want visitors to uploader youtube or other videos to the form? Normally like bigger file videos/longer videos. Is there anything that you can recommand?

If you need to get videos from YouTube I think you may simply ask for the link in a text box field:
