Trouble mapping fields to Salesforce integration

    I can only get a handful of fields to map correctly using the Salesforce integration. See the screenshot for details.

    As far as I understand, you can not point your Annual Revenue form Drop Down field to Annual Revenue field in Salesforce due to different Data Type. The Data Type in Salesforce is set to Currency (something like Text Box), so that it is not correlating with Picklist Salesforce Data Type (Drop Down in JotForm).

    We have plans to add the integration with custom Salesforce fields to provide more flexible solution, but there is no ETA for now. In the meantime, you can use Text Box for your Annual Revenue field.

    According to this feature request thread, our Developers have already implemented the form fields integration with the custom Salesforce fields.

    Please re-check the integration from your side, and let us know if you notice some problems.

    I believe my issue ended up being that we run the Professional Edition of Salesforce. It was not compatable.

    Unfortunately, that is right, Salesforce provide Integration via Web Services API for their Enterprise and Unlimited packages only.
