All my submission data before April 2016, has been wiped off. Is there any way to retrieve it?

    Hi Support Team,

     

    I currently manage two forms:

    1. VFL Form

    2. Incident/Accident Form, link to these forms as below:

    https://www.jotform.com/myforms

     

    I've noticed that the submission data, before April 2016, has been completely wiped off. 

     

    Would you pls help me understand, how I can retrieve the old data?

    The total submissions on the account are restored, the total stored submissions is now 1279. Please go ahead to check.
