I have adjusted the notification form to reflect our text and company name.

I want the response to also include the donors name.

Hi Linda,

Since your first name and last name fields are in the Stripe field, it is a bit tricky to show that information on Auto-Responder. It is possible tough, here is how to do it:

1. Go to your Auto-Responder settings:

Click on the first field on the table which is {iWish}. And then click on "Insert Row After" as it shown on the screenshot. A new row will be placed under the iWish row. Here is what you should write to the newly opened row:

You might wonder how I reached those field IDs:

This is "Advanced" tab on Stripe settings. When you click "Field Details" the unique IDs of every single field are shown like this. I copied the related field IDs from here to insert in Auto-Responder settings. 

If this is too detailed to apply, you can also create an additional name field to be shown on Auto-Responder. Please check this and see if it works.
