I have imported an excel form from spread2jot app.

I couldn't seem to find the form as I wanted it to look back on my home page ?

I want the form as a form not the data in the form.

It said it was successful but then back in forms / edit forms, there was only one text box ?

    Can you help ?

Hello. Please give us some time to investigate this issue further. In the mean time you can try converting your excel file into a fillable pdf form and try using JotForm's pdf converter. Here is how you convert your pdf file to a JotForm form.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

Just an update with regards to your problem. I have tested the app and it is working for me. All fields are being created in the form, here's the link: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/62903515762962

As for the data, the app is designed to import the data in the file. If you don't want to include the data, you can just create a copy of the form, remove the data before going through the import process.

I think those fields that aren't being created are not supported by the Spread2Jot app. As far as I could see, the app only supports textboxes. I'm not sure if you can create an advanced field in excel, but I'd be happy to examine your form if you can share it with us. You can send it to support@jotform.com. Please include this thread in your email so we'd know that you are referring to this thread.
