    Recipient email address repeatedly getting in bounce list.

    i have a jotform enquiry form that i've been using for 3 years on my website www.vagabondink.com but in recent months, i couldn't receive the notifications and had to remove the email address the_crew@vagabondink.com from bounce list. i read further in your support section and hoping to prevent this from happening again, i got in touch with my email service provider directnic and here's the response from them:

    Hello Peenut,

    Thank you for contacting Directnic in regards to recent rejections that have been sent back to Jotform. 

    The only two emails that I have been able to find from Jotform.com came from noreply@jotform.com and were not bounced back to the sender.  

    In order to assist you, we'll need to gather more information from you. 

    To start, please copy the body of the entire rejection notice that is sent back to Jotform into this ticket and then reply back to us. 

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. 

    Since you have already removed your email address form bounce list, I could not check the bounce reason. To ensure the delivery of submission emails, I would suggest you to please whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide for the list of domain names to ensure the delivery of emails:  https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
