Jump to page anchor link won't work when Jotform is embedded in the pageAsked by GOLFTRIPJUNKIE on October 17, 2016 at 09:17 AM
i have the form on several pages of my website. recently, i have tried to implement an anchor link that comes from a different page to a page with the form on it. this is very important for me to be able to do.
however, your forms are causing the anchor-link from a different page to misfire. it goes to the spot where the anchor link is then up to the top of the page. i have tested it without the form and it works fine. it is all jotform codes that i use, whether imbed codes or anything.
what do i need to do to get around this with the code? surely, this can't be the first time it's happened. and it occurs in all browsers.
you will find it on this page:
the anchor link is: #anchor-link
it should go to the second package option on this particular page (preferred tampa golf package)
please advise asap.
Try using just the following iframe embed codes:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/61614713098255" frameborder="0" style="width:100%;height:539px;border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
If this is working, then please do the same for the other forms in your website.
Please make sure to check the iframe height value, you may need to increase it especially for long forms.
