Hi there,
If I host the form myself on a web page can I disable public access to the form but still use it from my own secured page?
Thanks

Hi,
Once you embed your form, it will be indexed by search engines like Google and will be searchable and viewable by internet users. The workarounds you can take are:
1. Embed your form in a secure page of your website with its own authentication.
2. Create a condition in your form such that most of the fields will not show if a user does not provide correct answer to a question. Please see steps below.
The result will be as follows.
