    Multi Forms

Asked by ephremie on May 02, 2012 at 05:53 AM

    Hello there,

After filling/submitting the below details in form1 the user should be taken to the "Proceed to checkout" (form2) page.

Full Name, Email, Age, Gender etc.

    Proceed to checkout - form2:

This page should display the below text with a Yes/No button: The items in your cart just ran out of stock and are now on back order. Would you like us to let you know 4-6 weeks from now when it comes back into stock?

Clicking on Yes/No should take the user to the “Thank You” page.

We need to know if there’s an option in JotForm to save the Yes/No option selected by the client. Alternatively, the fields in form1 can be retrieved and re-displayed on form 2 and should be saved together with the Yes/No option in the JotForm.

    Please advise.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Ephrem.J

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can add one more Radio Button, and place it on the second page. Once the user click Submit button, he will be redirected to the form Thank You page, and you will receive an Email Notification with submission data. You can also check the form data on Submissions page.

If I misunderstood your request, please provide additional information about what you are seeking.

Unfortunately, we do not have such a feature. However, you can try to use instructions from the following article to achieve something similar.
