My form has been disabled.

    All my forms have been disabled and can not even new Previewed

    Your account was suspended by our phishing detector due to violation of jotform's terms, which is why your forms are disabled. Please note that collecting username and passwords is strictly prohibited in Jotform.

    Please delete the password fields on your forms and let us know once you have removed them. After we confirm that the suspected fields have been removed, we will lift the suspension on your account. Regards.
