I created two forms but I am not able to review the forms. every time I try it says' form not found'.

We apologize for this, fcekic.
Upon checking your account, it shows that it was automatically suspended. This happens when your form(s) reach a certain score which may prompt the system's filter to suspect that it is used for phishing, scamming, or spamming.
However upon making a personal review on your form, I did not find anything malicious with them. So I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to check your forms upon publishing.
