I have tested this but all submissions since 2 weeks ago are just coming in blank and then not showing at all on the excel download

Thanks this now shows me the missing submissions but the rest have disappeared. I am not seeing the reverse
Is there a way to fix this permanently?

Can you please go to Account > Data and enable the following options in your account? Please see steps below.
