    Subscription coupons applied to the First Payment are not working

    Our clients sign up for a monthly subscription where they pay a monthly fee in return for tutoring services. However, the coupon codes that we have setup stopped working today. It's possible that the functionality was lost earlier, but this is the first time we ran into it.

    They used to work just fine a few days ago. We have the first month payment setup as well. We also tried deleting the coupon and recreating it, but it didn't fix the issue. We even tried it on a different computer, but it didn't fix the issue.

    We use the coupon codes for marketing purposes, so we lose business when people can't use the codes while signing up.

    The coupon code PREPPROMO should take off $75.00 from the first month's payment.

    Please advise.

    I am not sure what was wrong there, but I have re-added the PREPPROMO coupon and it seems to be working properly now.

    Could you please check the form now?

    Thanks for the response. I tried out the form, but it doesn't apply it. I keep getting the loading icon.

    Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you are facing.

    It appears that we are currently having an issue with the coupons which applied to the First Payment.

    A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our developers.

    We will keep you updated via this thread.

    We're terribly sorry for the long wait, but we'd like to inform you that this is now fixed.

    If in any case, the issue still occurs on your other forms, simply open the payment wizard, edit the coupons and save them to reflect the changes.
