request to move forms

I would like to submit a request to move the forms from the account stephenlenker to the account tarasochor.

included is a reference to “https://www.jotform.com/answers/959723”

Marulu is the president of our company, but we actually want me to become the main account user.

Stepen Lenker is no longer an employee of our company and we do not have his account pass word.

Please let me know what we need to do.
