Jotform has been working great for my team at work, but we had a slight issue yesterday. A project requestor filled out our form and received confirmation, but the form was never delievered to our design team via email like it always had. Nothing had been changed on our end. Was this an issue on your end or do you think it was on our end? Just want to make sure this doesn't happen again as a missed project could be a big issue.

I have not gotten all my emails from the system in the last couple of days.

We apologise for inconeviences this issue has caused you. I have checked our mail logs, and can see mails are being delivered from our servers.Can you try changing the notification email and test if it works. Also adding Jotmail's Server IPs will also assist.
Please have your ISP or email provider to whitelist the following ips; http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
