How can I embed a PDF document with "Terms and Conditions" into my form?

Asked by MandyMorgan on May 02, 2012 at 01:30 PM

Is it also possible to use these forms if your website is not yet up and running? For example could the link be added to an email instead of on a website. I am in the process of getting people to list on my Webiste directory but have not launched as yet, but would still like to make use of the JOT FORM?

Please refer here on how you can have 'Terms and Conditions' into the form. You can make use of Power Tools > Free Text (HTML) to embed the pdf document.
