I would like to place a url into my form and have it available in the response.

    You can achieve this by adding a textbox field and inserting the URL as a default value there.

    1. Add a textbox field and click the gear icon to open the properties wizard.

    2. On the properties, select the Advanced tab and insert the URL into the Default Value field.

    Save it and you're all set. The url should be visible in the email notification as seen below:
