We just realized that two different people at our organisation created jotform accounts and so our forms and data are not centralized and we are paying twice.
How do we go about combining the two accounts (we have linked them so that we can access both at the same time, but want to actually combine them and have one contract).

We can transfer the forms of the (account_one) to (account_two). After that, you can cancel the subscription of account_one and just continue the subscription of account_two.
Please provide the account name and forms that needs to be transfer. The request should come from the form owner.
