Where are my submissions going? Where's my form??

    For this link I don't know where my submission are going.  When I log on to my jotform account, I don't see my form either...

    The form was created using a guest account as you could see it in the custom form URL. Anyhow, I have moved it to your account. You should be able to view the form now. Please check.
