the encryption doesn't pop up

    I have my key but it no longer pops up to request it

    I have checked your recent form https://www.jotform.com/62507197495163. It seems you have disabled the Form encryption. Encryption key popup, will only appear, when you will enable Encrypt Form data option.

     

    After enabling the encryption option of your form, if the wizard doesn't pop-up, that means the private key file is still saved in your browser. This should automatically decrypt form data once you visit your form submissions page. 

    If that doesn't work, clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove the saved private key file in your browser. The wizard should pop-up after that once you visit your form submissions page again. If not, you can try it on incognito mode/private mode.

    I'm aware I changed that I'm referring to the submissions previous which are encrypted

    Thank you for your help... My problem is that I have existing submissions which now I cannot see for some reason
