Hi - I haven't had any problems until today - someone tried to use my form and book through paypal and got an error that reads "this transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipients website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow...."  ???  I also saw that there were two pending form transactions that were pending for money, but I know one had already been paid?  I confirmed them but still have not received the funds for Maureen's form.  Please advise??  Thanks,

    ann

I cloned your form and did some tests there but I can't seem to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form without any errors.

When your customer made the submission, was the process for payment done immediately or did they take time before making the payment? The error that your user encountered usually occurs due to inconsistencies to session data from the browser and the web host of Paypal. Clearing the browser cache and making the payment again should resolve the issue.

Pending submissions or Incomplete Payments occur when a user doesn't complete their submission, such as closing the browser before paying on the Paypal page. Please note that completing a submission does not mean the payment will be processed, as there was no payment to begin with. Completing the submission simply allows it to be treated as a regular submission, so it can be included in Form Reports and so email alerts can be triggered. For more information about Incomplete Payments, please follow this guide: How to view incomplete payments.

If you can confirm that the user has already paid and yet their submission is still in the Incomplete Payment folder, then it is possible that the IPN was not triggered. Please follow this guide on How to Enable IPN for Paypal to make sure that the IPN is enabled.
