How do I get the submit buttons to work?

    I need to know how to direct the data from the completed apps to my inbox.

    When a user hits the submit button, the data will be sent to your Jotform account. You can follow this guide on How to View Form Submissions. 

    If I understand correctly, you want to receive the submissions in your email inbox? If that is so, then you can achieve this by setting up an email notification on your form. Please follow this guide on Setting Up Email Notifications.
