hello, what if I created a business loan form, as seen here. https://goldenfs.org/best-place-for-small-business-loans/online-application/. Now I am not finding the form when I log into jot form. also, what if I want to use that form on multiple pages, but the delivery method of the form fills is a different email address. So can I simply copy the same form to a new one and just put the delivery different, or how do you recommend we do this. My goal is to give each of my employees their own page on my website where they can send clients to their application, and then get delivered the lead.

I checked your account and I was able to see the business form that you created. Since the form is now visible on your account, it appears that the issue has been resolved.

Now with regards to your question about different recipients of the same form, I believe you can achieve this by adding the Change Email Recipient condition to your form. You can set it up so that if the user inputs a certain answer, then the email will be sent to the specified recipient address. Here's our guide on How to Send Email Based on User's Answer.
