Phishing - Forms Not Found

    Hello,

I believe my forms may have been shutdown by JotForms automatic phishing detection.

I am not a phisher so how can i get the forms turned back on?  JotForm is part of my new-client on-boarding processes and right now that process has come to a screeching halt.  Any help would be most appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Chris.

I have checked your forms and they contains a lot of Password. Your account was suspended because of violeting our terms of use. You can not directly get personal sensitive information such as password, credit card details and social security numbers. If you insist on collecting any of these information, your account will be suspended again by our anti-phsihing system.

I have deleted all Password fields and activated your account. Your forms should be loading fine now.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Good day,

Ah, i missed the specific wording in you T/Cs stating you will shutdown any form collecting this sensitive information, not just forms that are determined to be created for the purpose of Phishing.  Unfortunately i am utilizing JotForms specifically to collect this sensitive data form my clients because of your great security and double key encryption solution.

I do not want to violate your T/Cs so I will have to find another form provider.  Can you recommend another company that has the same level of security and encryption that Jot Offers?

    Thank you,

    Chris

I'm not sure if other Form Builders will allow to collect such sensitive data; however, you may check these other sites that will allow you to create forms online:

    https://www.formstack.com/

    https://www.wufoo.com

    https://www.typeform.com/

    https://www.cognitoforms.com/

    https://www.formsite.com/

What I would suggest you is to develop your own form so you avoid being suspended because of violating terms.

Here is a link to a sample HTML form that you may use: http://bootsnipp.com/forms
