FORMS transfered to account

Hi Team,

I had created forms with reference to hianupambiswas@gmail.com but did not create a login previously.

Now i cant access the forms, though i have all the responses coming in via email.

Also, I have created a new account with the same email address mentioned above, can the forms be transferred to the jot from account.
