I had created forms with reference to email@example.com but did not create a login previously.
Now i cant access the forms, though i have all the responses coming in via email.
Also, I have created a new account with the same email address mentioned above, can the forms be transferred to the jot from account.

Do you have a link to the form which uses this email address? This way we can transfer your form to your account.
