I can't change notification sender e-mail

Hello i try this procedure but no changing all notification are sending from noreply.jotform

Please Help me

When I set sender address to my own e-mail, everthing works properly on my side. Sender e-mail is shown as I set on notification alert as you see here below:

Please provide us more details about in which step you were failed and it  would be good if you can send some screenshot. However, if you are totaly sure about you applied all the steps correctly and still failed, please send us your e-mail SMTP details and we will do it for you.
