I am not allowed to view my forms now. Suddenly pop up blocker is not allowing access.Asked by inspect2015 on October 20, 2016 at 09:01 AM
I have turned off pop up blocker and had my IT department check to see if it was a internal problem and everything was good locally. Any suggestions? I cannot access any of my forms.
Also no longer can I get into any of my forms.
I have checked your account, and I am able to see all your forms are loading properly. Please check the screenshot:
It seems your Browser blocks the Jotform popup. So please check your Browser setting, so it allows Jotform to open popup. Also please clear your Browser's cache Or try to check it in different Browser.
