We require a W9.

    In order to use your paid services we require you to be set up as a vendor in our system. if you would please send me a W9 we can start our process.

    Because we will be paying with a check once you are a vendor in our system we have to use the "If paying by Check or Money Order" Option.

    The only issue with this is the address the instructions ask to mail it to do not match the address on the W9.

     

    Can I please have a W9 that shows same address on both.

    Hi there,

    In that case, you may have to use the BlueSnap W9 which can be seen here - http://home.bluesnap.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/BlueSnap-W9-2016.pdf. For purchase orders, BlueSnap is our payment processor. Thus, the address to mail to points to BlueSnap Inc.

    Is there anything that can be done to help us out with not going over our submission limit? I have processed payment but because it is a check it will not get to you right away. If i was able to provide proof of processing would we be able to apply the bronze setting?

    Unfortunately, your account will be upgraded once the payment has been confirmed on our end. The estimated processing time for Purchase Order payments is around 5 days to 10 days. The fastest way to upgrade your account is by paying via Credit Card or Paypal.

    If we were to pay with credit card will everything be applied right away?

    Yes, once you will complete the Payment, your account will upgrade immediately. And you will get all the features of paid service immediately.
