Calculation error on my form.

We have a form that we are using to allow the members of our ski club to sign up for extras on one of our sponsored trips. The form has been working well until today when the calculated total on submitted forms at 11:39:12 and 13:26:25 for two of our members  had an extra $5.00 added to the total for the extras they selected. Then when another member submitted their form for extras at 14:08:33  the form correctly calculated their totals. During this time there have not been any edits made to the form. Could you please investigate and explain to me what happened.

I cloned your form and did some tests but I was unable to replicate the issue. The calculation seems to be working correctly on my test form. I also submitted the form and the calculated value was correct.
