Notification Problems

    After submitting the form, I do not receive an email of the form data nor do I receive a text notification.

    My form id is: 21225210445439

    I know its something small that it causing the problem.

    any help is much appreciated.

    Please can youre- check and confirm that the notification emails set are valid and accurate, Try also to request your mail provider/ ISP to whitelist the Jotmail's IPs (see link below) especially on the second notification email

    no worries... it just sends me a text message. Yahoo may have a block from your emails or something. I can receive the text but not the email. No Problem
