Creating a MultiSelect Grid without showing previously booked slots

    Hello!

I am trying to create a form to schedule radio shows for the radio station I am a part of, and am trying to use the MultiSelect Grid to do so. However, I would need it to *not* show previously selected slots and allow people to select slots that have already been picked. Is there a way to turn this off? Alternatively, is there any other widget that presents a grid people can pick boxes from? In the past, we have asked people to list in a text box or select from a long list of checkboxes, but we want it to be easier to understand and to review the data on the back end.

    Thank you!

    Hi programmingwtbu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, you do not want to show the selected in your MultiSelect grid? If so, you can easily erase the selected name in your MultiSelect grid widget in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

    1. In Form Builder, go to your MultiSelect Grid widget, and click on the Wand Icon.
    2. Go to Text to Show When a Cell is Previously Selected, erase the word Selected, and click on the Update Widget.

I would suggest using the input table in the basic element. There are several input types you can choose from.

    1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
    2. Scroll down and click on Input Table.
