Hello, I just got this email from you all:

You have reached your JotForm upload limit It seems like you have reached your upload limit. Free accounts are limited to 100.00 MB of upload space.

Is there a way to empty my submission storage so I can remain at the free account level? I only have one rarely-used form live right now, and don't see the point of paying a monthly fee for just that. I do intend to upgrade my account when I next post a more widely-used form, but for now, can I just clear out my upload space so that my one form works? Thank you.

Deleting the submission where the attach files are will clear up your storage space. Please check the below steps, how you can delete the submissions:

    1. In My Forms, select the form then click the "Submissions" button.

    2. In the submission page, you will see a delete button at the top right.

Thank you! Does this take a little while to propagate? I deleted all my submissions for my most heavily used form, but I still see it has its submissions, when I view it. Thanks!

I have checked your account, and I am able to see now your account use, only 7.93 MB of space, out of 100 MB upload limit of Free account. So you still have approximately 92 MB of available space.

I would suggest you to clear your Browser's cache, and check it again.

If you have any query, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.

    Thank you!
